Haven't corresponded the last few months so this is to update my progrrss for MY records. i started keto 8/17 and lost 35# which took me 13 months. i kept it off 4 years while staying on maintenance. On 4/21 i had surgery for bladder cancer. While recovering i lost another 15# and now 18 months later i weigh 142, still under my keto goal of 155.

Found out 2 weeks ago that I have cancer. Have lost 7.5# since then - don't know why and not a good reason to lose weight :-(
