Started day 1 of my 10-day trial at Curves fitness, definitely sweated more than I thought I would in the 30-minute workout. Now feeling more energized though - will stick with it every day for the full 10 days.

Tried low-carb for about 10 days in late January, then fell off the bandwagon and have been binging horribly for the last two weeks. Am now trying to get back on track by counting calories, taking at least a 30 minute walk every day and doing pilates 3-4 times per week, and taking PGX to get the binge eating under control.
