Kalo ga ketemu buah ini, pasti Bab nya telat ga rutin setiap pagi. kalo sehari 150gr buah naga sama pepaya pasti lancar joss. adakah yah sama kaya aku? :)

hai ka aku makan perhari sekitar 1300-1400 baru mulai diet 4 hari ini dan stuck aja belum ada penurunan signifikan. tpi badan ngerasa lebih enteng 😌. apa memang wajar yah? bagusnya apa memang kalorinya harus dikurangi? BB 69,3 dengan tinggi 157kg
