I have not been good at all. I am trying very hard to try and eat right, what happens is that I end up not eating and I know this is bad. I need to work on menu plans that I really don't have to plan, is that possible?? lol... THAT is my NY resolution. To work on menu's and stick to it. It's the 8th so I have done that 3 days... Sheesh!!! I will keep trying. Any suggestions??

Finally started moving in the right direction. Started Zumba 3 times a week, and circuit training 2 a week... I want to really concentrate and eat right.

I have been on a rollercoaster lately. Feeling depresses because the person who is supposed to be my strongest supporter has been telling me that he is not pleased with my weight loss. I appear too flabby to him?? realy... I am so confused... I am not in the best frame of mind for the past month, but I started excersising again and I have to do this for me! I understand all that, but why is he acting this way!!?
