Well, once again I am starting over. Since I have last weighed in I put back on weight up to 260. So I am now doing a new food plan and I have taken the weight back off and lost an additional 8 pounds. I will try and check in on a regular basis once again.

Very very discouraged. Going to try and start over. New weight, which is more, but will try once again. Very disappointed.
