Stepped on the scale today, and dropped 4.5 lbs. WOO HOO!...actually enjoying the "lifestyle", I say lifestyle because diets tend to fail.

Going on day 4 for me, the hunger is finally starting to subside a little more everyday. I have felt an increase in energy. I have'nt had much luck with the keto testing. Color still shows as a low reading. Don't know if this is a normal reading for being in ketosis or not, but gotta hang in there...
