I was away on a mini vacation and did not count calories or exercise... This weigh in was from Saturday. I will weigh myself tomorrow to see how things are.

So super proud of myself this week!! I've been working hard and it already shows!! Worked out everyday M-F for a minimum of 30 minutes and have been eating well. Today might be hard to work out, but I will try to sneak something in at the end of the day.

Been doing REALLY well this week! staying well below the max calorie intake for the day-- working out every single day!! I am starting to feel more confident too!

I had a really good day today. I walked EVERYWHERE!!! I walked to and from the court house (jury duty) and to and from the post office. It was a total of 4.8 miles and about an hour and a half. Weight inched down a bit (even though I'm on my cycle) for the first time in a long time and I'm feeling good. I'm going to try not to drink until the weekend and keep trying to watch my portions.
