Dinner was some bulgogi, black rice, garlic and gochujang green beans, marinated sesame carrots, kimchi, ssamjang, yellow radish and romaine!

New Yoplait protein yogurt was pretty good. 15 grams of protein, only 3g sugar.

Dinner last night! Super quick and easy, orange chicken in the air fryer while black rice cooks in the rice cooker while the broccoli gets cooked in the oven 🤌🏼
