Today I realized that even the smallest amount of food you put into ur mouth doesn't mean less calories! For example 1 oz of powder creamer(Yes, I love my creamer...LOL) is 155 calories...Thats a whole snack for me :( And I also found out that I can eat a lot more for 300 calories than a Mcdonld's Sausage Burrito
