4 more pounds. I hope it keeps coming off this easy...I'm not going to stop induction until all the weight is off. Then I will go to the other stages. I know you're only supposed to stay in for 2 weeks but...This is really working for me.

Day one of Induction down! I dont know why but this time around isn't as horrible as last time. Ive got more energy then I did the last induction and less cravings. Maybe its because I have something that I REALLY want waiting for me at the end of the tunnel. I think thats one of the most important things about dieting...is to have a real reason. Youve got to really want it, otherwise its so easy to get deterred. Lets hope the rest of induction goes this well.

I lost about 50lbs on atkins. Then I fell off the wagon and gained 30lbs back. Im determined not to let this happen again. I want to start trying for a baby but my cycle is completely messed up from the weight gain. I'm afraid if I don't lose a considerable amount of weight, I will never get pregnant.
