I'm trying the cucumber, lemon juice and ginger water 3 times a day to see if that helps. to be honest I think its a gimmick to get people to drink more water but we will see

well I've given myself a day off today and boy do I see the calorie difference.i had a meal deal and kfc chicken with home made salad and a cookie and I've gone over 700cals on my daily limit. And to be truthful I don't feel good after eating it, I feel stodgy and greasy and out right sluggish. I don't think im going to give myself a day off again, its not worth it.
