So...I really want a burrito from Moe's tonight. I've been wanting one for weeks, but tonight I may actually take the plunge. I've been planning on it for the last few days, so I've been doing extra exercising, etc. to prepare for it. But, now with all the effort, I don't know if I want to waste it on a burrito that will only be satisfying for the time I'm eating it. I did, however, go to their website and look at the nutrional facts. That helped me make a better, more informed decision of what to get before actually getting it and feeling guilty later. So, the verdict, as of 1pm today, is that I AM getting a burrtio from Moe's, but a "healthier" version of it.

Down over a pound!!!! I guess by not doing any late night snacking and easing up on the big breakfast (along with a little light exercise) really DOES make a difference!!!! I am so happy!! Happy Friday to me!!!

Every morning, I am excited to get on the scale and see my weight. I'm especially excited after a day of healthy eating. My scale is digital and weighs with ounces as well as pounds. If my weight increases or decreases, there is a little arrow that indicates the change along with how may ounces, or if I'm really good, pounds. If the scale is indicating an increase of weight, I refer back to the previous day's food entry and see what was causing the weight increase and how I can go about balancing the food.
This morning was an increase of 4oz. I know it was the pb&j sandwich I had last night about three hours after dinner. I was so hungry (tummy rumbling) and I couldn't get satisified from the nectarine I had. Today's mission: find a healthier snack if I'm still hungry after dinner. I'm thinking: Special K cereal?
