Did some exercising today, I keep telling myself that i'll behave, but it feels like the days that I do tell myself that, I tend to mess up more.
I've been relatively good today, just gotta keep in mind that no more eating after 6:00pm. Gotta go to bed earlier and wake up earlier to have more of my day to use!
I accomplished my things today though. Even though I was a little bad, I still accomplished most of my goals. Tomorrow is another day, and for today, this is enough.
This is enough.
My mantra: If you can't love yourself at 170, you wont love yourself at 120.
