Breakfast for 3, I ate 3 eggs, 3 toast, cup of fava beans. 5 olives, cheese on toast and nice drizzle of Moroccan Olive oil. Not gaining, still losing. Need to eat more!!

Coffee break, it really has helped curve my hunger cravings, cleaned my system. I do believe it has really helped me to lose weight. Good Coffee is essential and I do not mean starbucks! non gmo organic Itailan expresso ♡

Typical Dinner, this was last week. Halal pepperoni! Trying to find a healthy balance. Im vitamin and mineral deficient and Almost gave me a heart attack, I am in full recovery now and below my desired weight. Stress, divorce, coffee can kill ya ♡

Greek Pizza, when I was 190lb I couldnt eat what I wanted because it stuck like glue. Since the weight loss 60lb in total I can enjoy. However, everything in moderation.
