I've just finished my first 36 hour fast. I'd originally intended to do 48 hours, but I'm so shaky and faint (my vision keeps blacking out, my heart is beating abnormally strongly as if I've just sprinted 500m and I can't walk in a straight line without feeling like keeling over). I guess I'm just not strong enough to do 48h. If any of you know what is wrong with me, please comment, advice would be very much appreciated.

Start the day as you mean to go on! This delicious breakfast/lunch (I woke up at around 11:50... Oops) was only about 250 calories. (1 banana, 50g of oatmeal and some almond milk) I've also been replacing squash in the morning with berocca.
