Well it is Friday again. I feel like I am doing okay. I saw the bag of cookies in the cabinet and was not tempted to eat any. I am thinking of just trying to keep my calories at 1500 daily and see what happens. There are too many weird plans out there. One of my problems is that I enjoy food. Now I am just trying to make healthier choices and to be prepared for being hungry. When I get home from work, normally I am starving so I am trying to plan ahead. I didn't buy any kettle chips this week (my favorite) but instead bought pretzel rods. I dip them in mayo and mustard mixed together or last night I poured some Newman's own sesame & ginger in a little bowl and dipped them. Very tasty and a different taste which I liked. Well, back to work.

I haven't been logging my food in. Have been investigating some diets and have printed out Slow Carb Diet. Sounds interesting. It is so hard to lose all of this weight. I did notice this morning that my dress pants were a little looser so that is a good thing.
