Sono Carlotta ho 17 anni e l’anno scorso ho iniziato a mangiare spropositatamente prendendo così 10 kg, quando mi rendevo conto di ciò decidevo di “fare la dieta” che durava massimo un giorno. Fortunatamente da settembre ho iniziato una “dieta” che consiste nel non privarsi di nulla, semplicemente nel ridurre le porzioni, e da 68 kg sono arrivata a 59.
Spero di continuare così e piano piano arrivare a 50!
