Well,I am still trying to find my "diet" self! Not being totally careless - but not what I should be doing either! Hard time getting back on the wagon. Thanks so much for all the encouragement from everyone. I praise you all for your courage and perserverance! I read everything I can that is positive - hoping to catch that train soon. What is it going to take to get this "ball" rolling! I am at my all-time peak - 364 at Dr.s office yesterday! And I thought I was cutting back at least a little! Still have not re-joined WW. Watching grandkids this week - so maybe next. Doing physical therapy - stiff and sore all over! Seems pointless with all this weight to move! But - at least I am moving. Did yard work yesterday - up and about! Thyroid is not controlled - viscious circle. Stress and anxiety increased also. So - a day at a time - try and find or muster-up my motivation. Feel overwhelmed! Will try and watch closer today!
