I've taken June mostly off from tracking and just been doing what feels good. I'll be starting back up in July to hit new goals now that I'm where I want to be on the scale. I've maintained through the month between 147 and 149 so today is a little light for me. Excited to hit new goals that are less focused on the little scale in my bathroom!

I may have moved into maintenance, but my body is still losing, lol it's funny how once I stopped watching, it's moved faster. I'm sure the bounce back is coming as I raise calories.

Well! 26.5 weeks and 75lbs later and I'm so glad I started. I guess it's time to move out of loss and into maintenance.
