Just keeping at or below the recommended calories by the app and trying to get my protein at 125g ish and fiber at or above 30g per day.

Started out at 200 January 1st. Trying to get to 180. Then after that maybe 175. I'm 6 foot mid 50s.

I thought all this was going to be hard but this app really makes it easy for me.
