so I started doing atkins and I cheated one day with a chicken taco and a coke and somehow gained a rapid amount of weight in one day and I've decided that maybe atkins wasn't for me. I think if you can stick with it than its awesome but if I have one slip up and gain 5 lbs over something small than maybe its not up my alley. So now I'm going to give weight watchers a chance and I'm doing it with a friend at home to help motivate me even more. Starting weight with weight watchers today 235

I had been following my diet every single day except one day... that day I took a family trip to the zoo ( in 90 degree weather) and we walked the entire day, I was covered in sweat so I thought if I cheated a little it wouldn't matter much.. and a little I mean a little..the only thing I had the entire day was a chicken taco with cheese only and a 32 oz soda... and some how that caused me to gain 5 lbs! how did this happen, has anyone ever experianced anything like this?
