nambah TDEE 500 cal dr jalan sejam, worth? sangat kak, kl defkal hnya dr ngurangi asupan biar pas di BMR hnya defisit sekitar 200-300 tp kl kaka tmbhin jalan kaki tiap hri kya gni defsitnya bsa 700 - 1000 perhari.

everyday 1jam jalan santai/jalan cepat/jogging, lumayan untuk naikin TDEE sekitar 450-600 cal sehari, niat amat? gmn lg, soalnya ga bsa terlalu ngantur makan apa hari ini, cuma bsa ngatur porsinya saja, gini doank aja bsa turun 17kg 3bln
