Last week did lot of binge eating. Had to attend a party too.
Ate lot of High calorie food, hence did not enter food.
It would have been really demoralizing to remember all that rich, oily, sugary food that I ate. Well, back to health food this week.

Just joint Fatsecret as my good friend referred it.
Just adding the food items, and seeing the calories pile up is giving me a nervous breakdown and I use to assume, i almost starve myself. :p
