I've just begun to try and eat healthier, I make sure I always get up and eat oatmeal for breakfast. I usually eat a turkey sandwich on wheat bread for lunch and then I make a normal dinner just eat less proportions. I also started going to the gym for an hour each day. Hopefully I see the pounds melting off soon!!!
