Made it to the gym. went 2.5 miles on a bike and only burned 55 calories. Did't realize just how out of shape I am. Never had a problem until I stopped working, sat on the couch all day and ate. I can get this back like it should be. Will just have to stick with it and work hard. Had fun though.
