Afternoon exercise
Treadmill: 20 min, 3-4.5 mph ( 5 mph for 1 min ), incline 0, 1.154 miles
No run yesterday but I was faste today. Thinking I might do running every other day to give my legs a break. I am still really new to this and would like to pase mysef.
Can't wait to get my Les Mills Pump back from a friend and start back on that with my running.
Anyways, things are going good. I really want to lose 10 more pounds at least but I feel like I am stuck on maintanining and can't get my mind past that.
I am motivated to workout and stick with it jut not motivated to lose the weight. Is that possible? Hmmm, well I sure when I step on the scale that could very well change.

Morning exercise
Yoga: 20 min
I will get my jog in after I get Wes from school.
I did not run any this weekend but instead the hubby and I went on a little trip to Eureka Springs and it was so nice.
Massage, great food, a little cabin to ourselves, horse back riding, shopping.
Very relaxing.
My butt is sore from the horse back ride tho. Feels bruised. Not sure why it was not that long or hard but oh well.
I will log my walk/jog after it's done.
I tend not to do it if I log it first.
Treadmill: 15 min, 2.5-3 mph, incline 2,4,6,8,10
Well I was not feeling it today and was not going to push myself. The reason for todays treadmill was simply to get me back on after the weekend and to keep the habit of getting on daily.
I did challange myself in the inlcine. Still mananged to work up a little sweat.

So far this morning only yoga. I have to get ready and go to a freinds house.
Maybe I can get a min run in later today.
