1. Do a minimum 30 mins cardio per day every day
Get moving - every day this week, do at least 30 mins cardio, walk, run, swim - anything that get's you slightly sweaty and gets your heart racing. If you can do more than 30 mins, go for more.
I passed! I am getting into a rythm I can sustain doing cardio workouts 5-6 days a week. For the coming week I will look more into what I am eating and have specific target.

To day I am renewing my commitment to stay the course untill I reach my ideal weight. I am 6 feet tall and weight 216 so today I joined a challenge to lose 10 pounds in 6 weeks. I can do it.
My diet: none, just watch portions.
Excercise: 30min run at 5-6mi/hr daily, swim 3 times/week 1mi each time and bike to work (14mi round trip) 3 time a week.
