Going into the 8th week of meal plans. Clean eating, and all other sorts, and no, the pasta for dinner today was not part the programme and is the reason from the post. Life happens, and is not a problem, Nothing happens, no guilt, no god dam cheating day in my book, I am still in following the plan, there are other meals, snacks breakfast to eat well. Cooking without a recipe does not resulted in an outstanding meal as those meals of the plan with pomegrate, blue cheese, and stuff I did not even know existed. I have had a break from counting calories, following the meal plans. They are fun. But most importantly a part of dietary re-education.
