I let depression take over due to wanting to smoke cigarettes again. I curbed my cravings and ate whatever I wanted again. I feel like I failed myself because I did fail myself. But since i have at least regained my sense of balance and the vertigo is gone I have decided to go for my goals again. This is not a new year new me thing. It is a life choice for me. I am challenging myself to do something everyday for 30 days. I started this yesterday. I did this before and shredded a ton of weight. It is time to do it again. Looking forward to a healthier me in February.

I got very sick in January. experienced extreme fatigue issues, a viral infection, lost hearing in my left ear, suffered tinnitus, and vertigo. no excuses, depression and seclusion and the steroids the doctors put me on made me gain everything I lost back. but it is ok. I like challenge. I am giving myself 90 days to at least get back to where I was with my weight. I know I can do it. I also gave up soda for good. I have not had a drop for over a month now. So I can do this again. #positivity #healthyliving #backonthesaddle

after taking prendisone and having issues with experiencing vertigo for the past months it is time to start eating right again and pray for a full recovery from losing all of my hearing in my left ear. jumping back on the saddle slowly by starting to eat better again and pull myself out of my depression.
