It’s not always about your weight dropping on the scale. After a week of my weight stabilizing and even going slightly up, I was starting to think that I needed to evaluate my current energy input and output.
Instead of making adjustments, I decided to have another In-Body composition measure and to my surprise, in the last 2 weeks, the results were weight -.9 lbs, BF -2.5%, SMM +2.2 lbs
