I need to really start writing down what I eat. I think that might help some.

Had to go back to a fiber breakfast. My body got so constipation from all the protein first thing in the morning. I went back a few days ago to my activia and smart start. Now the body is responding very well. Now if I can get into the habit of keeping track of what I eat after lunch. I bet I would loss more weight.

Need to get back to charting want i eat. Had to which back to fiber in the morning due to body problems.
