So the past 2 weeks has been a disaster. chocolates chips and fried foods. What am I doing? I have no clue all I know is that I need to get my cat together. So tried something new. meal replacement shakes to help me keep calorie intake low. But honestly I was so huuuuungrrrrrry the evening ate everything I missed during the day. ok so I didn't plan ahead had no fruit for snacks so could that have been the issue? I am not giving up yet though. trying again today. Will keep you guys updated as to how the day goes. I do wonder though have any of you guys tried the manna shakes? if yes kindly let me know if it worked keeping you from eating unnecessary.
