Haven't even been on site - really depressed about no progress. Trying so hard - but keep going up and down.
Had a granola bar - didn't realize the amount of net carbs in it until after I finished it. Ugh - not worth it. That'll be the last one of those I have - didn't even tast good.
Another weekend to add to my woes.

I gave into jelly beans last night. Have to get them out of the house - too much temptation. Otherwise trying very hard to stay with the program.

Guess it's not the scale. Same as yesterday - I'll take that. Weekend is coming - now the challenge. I do ok when I'm working - but its home time that's my downfall and temptation.
