What a great day today has been. I have eaten three very good and filling meals today, and I am still only at 85% of my RDI. I will take it for sure.
Our 46th Anniversary is today and we really just did nothing, but enjoyed each others company.
So happy with my life, my spouse and all that goes on in my life too.
I may be a bit overweight, but I am a happy person who is working on getting healthy and fit, for the first time is a decade.
I will do this, for the rest of my life, and I will not give up on me, not one more time.

Alright, I will take any loss as a good sign that I am doing OK.
I am down .2# but better down than up.
I am doing better every day, and for that I am happy.

Here is a breakdown of my foods for today.
Calorie Breakdown:
Carbohydrate (21%)
Fat (61%)
Protein (18%)
My carbs have come down a great deal, since going toward Keto. I think I may have to raise my protein up some, but at least the carbs are down.
According to a site I was on yesterday, my calories are supposed to be as follows,
60% calories from Fat
35% calories from Protein
5% calories from Carbohydrates.
I am over, that list.
I am not going to give up, I will continue to do better every day.

They are not all cheap, but if you are in this for life, then, the cost isn't as important as the outcome.

They sell many different things, I just found them and thought someone like me who can't find what they may need to make those delicious looking recipes on the Diet Doc site, then this may help in your goals.
