Well, not much of a drop in weight. Usually happens with me, the scale doesnt move , but I can feel the clothes fitting little different. Inches, inches.
I am going to track SLEEP, RESTING, AND ACTUAL GYM TIME calories burned the next 2 weeks. Try something different.

Yesterday was my treat day...In the back of my head I was still worried about what I ate. Played Kinect!!!!! Loved it and now I WANT IT!!
I SWEATED SOOOO MUCH! It's so much fun! Don't know how to track calories burned with it..but I know I did. :)
Cardio and heavy weights today : ) Gonna try to max out, my muscles are gonna hate me. lol.
Weigh day is tomorrow for my challenge...
