early this am 3:56 new stuff for last week this has been my move it time. STIFF and sore all over ..normal just getting a super jump on day. Not quite al awake yet either. Another pound yahoo hope it doesn't come back and bite me.. to the trash can I go throwing it in ...long gone.

Finally feel the roller coaster doesn't have me I have it by the tail. Back to my FS and thankful to be here. Have tests MRIs Brain and total Spine Scanning. But that horse isn't gona ride me again as my life my choice and I choose to LIVE AND LIVE BETTER.
Will start logging again tomarow, get my spirit soul and body back in one person mode.
Joined the local GYM, getting ready to see Surgon hopefully by the end of AUG for surgery date. Love knowing Im back on track. Gives me strength to concentrate on Climbing instead of all this other.
