Finally...back to my healthier eating habits today, now that all my guests have gone home! I do miss my family, but my tummy is much happier eating better once again! I am proud of myself for "maintaining" while my family was visiting! I didnt go overboard! It is so hard to diet when family is visiting! But I maintained! Dont think I lost any weight but I did NOT gain this week...thats the important part!!!!

Getting hit with a cold....and nothing good for me to eat sounds good to eat! I will force myself to still eat healthy!

VERY PROUD of myself!!!! Disneyland yesterday with the family and I did not even have any ice cream! I kept my portions very small, ALOT of water.....and even had a childs size dinner. I didnt let myself pig out at all and am feeling very proud of myself and very confident today! :)

I have family in town visiting right now and am finding it a challenge to try to maintain the counting calories!! I am managing to follow in the boundaries though....and it is hard! Family and dieting dont mix well together! A challenge is good! I shall succeed!!!! :)
Crossing my fingers I can really keep myself structured tommorrow while at Disneyland all day!
