Just started using elliptical trainer between strength training exercises to build cardio back slowly, week 11 since total hysterectomy and endometriosis removal.
Dietician has recommended a Mediterranean Diet for my sudden weight gain going into instant menopause and taking 1mg oestrogen daily.
Training at gym 2-3 times a week with sports physiologist.

1 cup woolies coconut water
50gr Scooped avocado
1 cup baby spinach
1/4tsp honey
1tsp moringa powder
1tsp maca powder
1tsp lime juice
Mint sprig

Sunday snacking, roasted sliced sweet potato with smoked salmon, red onion and capers…will add 1 caper in future snacking due to salt content.

First day of dieting, over portioned breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and desperately need to start practise mindfulness whilst eating food slowly instead of chomping’n snorting it down.
