Very sore from the barbell class yesterday, so I desided to just run. 44 min of excersise (3 miles)! I know its not impressive, but I am super impressed I'm actually managing to convince myself to run.
Yay me!

Muscle 76.7 lbs, Body fat 28.6%
Really hope those are DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) related gains, but who knows. Not going to worry about it for now.

60 min Barbell class followed by a 1.6 mi run to get some cardio in. Not even sure whether this qualifies as cardio, but I'll count it as success since I am not a fan of running.
80 min of gym time for today! Yay!

Well, that didn't take too long. I was going to the gym almost every day, but I was also eating a lot. Back to low CiCo it is. Sigh.
