Last night my stomach felt flatter, but today, I had a slice of sugar free cake. I also had chicken marsala (which was breaded--- I tried to scrape it all off, but was not totally successfully...). I would like to hit the gym tonight, but I'm a bit tired and I've got a movie screening lined up for 7:00pm (for which I must arrive by 6:00pm). If I had Shaun T in my back pocket, I'm sure he'd Insanely whoop my @ss in shape in about 15 minutes...but no miniture Shaun T available. Just sugar free cake...and breaded chicken marsala...*sigh*. Perhaps I can leave work a bit early to get to the gym. Do you think Bill will go for that...? "Hey BILLLLLL!!!"

Alcohol. Alcohol is the enemy, my krytonite. It stalls weight loss. I'm abstaining for a while and we will see how my progress speeds up. I joined an activity group in the Jax area. We went hiking on Saturday and biking on Sunday. I completed 12 miles on the bike! I'm surprised at myself, because, besides my bottom, my muscles were not incapacitatingly sore. I'm feeling good...actually, feeling great!
