Day 4 of the sugar detox. Feeling MUCH BETTER. Was craving a cupcake last night but rather ate a few grapes and drank some lactose free milk. And it works very well for the cravings.

My Breakfast every day. On day 3 of the sugar detox. I'm starting to feel a little better. I just need to take this one single day at a time

Definitely feelings the side effects of the sugar detox! Feels like I've been hit by a bus. But this is good. I need to push through it. However, I love how in the past when I would reach for chocolate when I wanted something sweet, I now opt for reaching for the berries in my fridge.

Working with my dietician to treat some GI inflammation. And I need to go without sugar (except from fruit - specifically berries) for the next 40 days. Today was day one and it was difficult😅 I'm moody and annoyed, which just confirms the fact that I am actually addicted to sugar. So. This will be good for me. And I won't give up. But I will be unhappy about it for a few more days 😅💜
