Aumente mis calorías de una manera drástica , como 1500-2000 pero no subí tanto como esperaba , algunos gramos , debería de dejarlas así por un tiempo o que hago , empezare a hacer ejercicio, soy sedentaria , quizás con una alimentación “normal “ y ejercicio baje de peso , no ?

Estuve leyendo algunos comentarios donde me recomendaban subir las calorías , pero si consumo 400 o menos como le hago para no engordar al subirlas y a cuanto ?
