I'm officially 16!!! Woo hoo!! Got lots of amazing gifts - including a romper in a size MEDIUM!!! Who would have thought I'd be wearing a size medium? At 137 lbs currently, does anyone feel it's possible for me to get into the 120's by the end of summer? I do!!! :D
Time to eat back on plan - I had a lot of whipped cream and sauce on my chicken wings yesterday. I know it'll slow me down but I'm not discouraged because I'm picking back up on my exercise with extreme vigour! I got 2 new workout DVD's in the mail today - Jillian Michaels. Whew, I'm gonna be working my butt off! Combine it with Pilates for a toned, fit, me!!! I can't wait til my belly is flat too! I'll finally stop feeling so self conscious about it :D

Tomorrow is my Sweet 16!!!
I went shopping today and got some great new clothes! Including 2 pairs of jeans in a size 9 (I wish I was a 5!), and a new bikini - the bottoms are a size medium and the top is an X-Large (I'm big chested).
I'm excited about my party tomorrow - I really hope I impress my friends and we take a lot of photos together and have a great time.
Oh! I also have a job interview for the job of my dreams tomorrow at the bookstore! I'm so excited - I really hope my passion shines through and I get the job!
My TOM cramps are subsiding and so is the nasty TOM diarrhea... life is AMAZING :D!

So... I just pigged out and had maybe 1/2 cup of blueberries (which I haven't introduced yet). Sigh, I didn't eat my veggies today either or exercise. But I can't friggin help it. My period symptoms are HORRIBLE!!!!! The pain in my lower back is excruciating and I'm bloated as hell. I feel snappy and I just want to stuff myself with chocolate. I've been craving it all day....... Now I'm just gonna go to bed and cry about the fact that my eating today was dreadful and I feel like God awful shit... FML.

I feel like I overate... Gonna keep my calories under 1800 from now on.
By the way, my birthday is coming up. Anyone have any low carb cake or cupcake recipes they could share with me as a present!?! :D

Day 3 of my exercise regime. I will admit it - my muscles are sore but I still have 40 mins of pilates left to do today! And perhaps a short run later on tonight. I'm thinking of starting to take a) Chocolate Whey Protein Powder or b) L-Glutamine. Any body have any comments about these or advice?
I'm finding exercise is helping me control my hunger and making me drink more water. And there's no doubt I feel a lot better when I do it!
