Well I promised a photograph of Lucy, and here she is. She is a gorgeous big cat but extremely standoffish. I am well out of her social league.
I think I managed to jump back on the wagon yesterday. The secret is to plan your food intake ahead of time, and stick to the plan. I even got a proper nights sleep having left Lily to her own devices. She uses her litter box with no issues (how can such tiny poo smell so bad?) and doesn't do any damage - yet.
I visit the Consultant Surgeon this lunch time, so hopefully he will give me the all clear to return to normal activities. I'd like to swing a golf club again.

Losing 6.4 kg a Week

How I managed to stay the same this week, all things being equal, amazes me. Still in the Green and bang on 200 lbs. Daily weight has been dropping the past couple of days and yesterday's 31 flights of stairs and 8300 steps didn't do me any harm.
It is raining this morning and I have an extremely busy day ahead, so I decided to forgo my morning constitutional. My eating should improve over the weekend, mainly because it is planned. It is the sudden changes that throw you off, such as yesterday, when returning late, we decided to stop for a Fish Supper instead of our planned meal. Mind you, Battered Boneless Icelandic Haddock and chips (Fries) to die for, were worth it.
