Another good diet day. 1499 calories, 17% Carbs, 54% Fat and 29% Protein. Today's Net Carbs were 62.45 gm.
I am working tomorrow, so tomorrow evening will be difficult. I always come home starving.

Today's meals are all worked out and even entered into FS, though it is not even time for breakfast. In fact I have pretty well worked out my menu, through until Sunday, and will set off to the supermarket as soon as it opens at eight.
Feel better in myself, now I have taken back control.

Weighed myself this morning and I think I can pretty much confirm that I have lost control. If I don't get back on track
TODAY
then I can kiss goodbye to 18 months hard work.
I have decided, for the rest of this week at least, to restrict my intake to 1500 calories. I know if I shun Carbs that I can live happily in that.
Wish me luck. I am going to need all the help I can get.

Well it is a bit of a disaster but only what I expected. But I am down 2 from yesterday's weigh in and I expect to be down more tomorrow.
These are my TrendWeight figures.

I had my morning walk. It is chilly, but dry and bright. I have the washing on, I have a supermarket shop to do, then an hour dance lesson at noon. I will be well exercised today!

Gaining 1.8 kg a Week

Was all set for my morning walk, but the rain started while I was at the filling station, so it was home, car in garage and in out of the weather. I will possibly get a walk later on today.
As of today I am resuming my 16:8 regime. First feed at 10:00 and last before 18:00. I am normally done my meals by 18:00, even when working. Anything I consume after that is just extra nibbles and not required.
If I can stick to 16:8, RDI and reduced Carbs, then the weight should soon start to shift.
