Spring Break: 1 Me: 0
I gained 4 pounds while home. It's going to be a rough few weeks because I'm stressing myself out about finding a teaching job.
I bought lots of good groceries last night, so hopefully that will cut down on some bad eating habits.

So I feel like I've obtained a strange mentality... but I think it works. I've been able to fight off temptation 95% of the time because I think about how hard I've worked for my body that I should put good things in it, not bad.
Spring Break is in 4 days. I'm going home, where temptation is aplenty. I told my mom I would be making meals sometimes. Thankfully, I can go to the gym there. I feel so good about an hour on the eliptical now!
I will be strong and resist temptation!

Did an hour on the eliptical today and it wasn't as agonizing as I thought it was going to be... especially when my iPod wouldn't work for the first 40 minutes. Thank goodness for People and Glamour magazines!
I also talked to my mom about cooking when I'm home. My dad is super skinny and can eat whatever he wants, so my mom makes him whatever he wants, which isn't always the healthiest. I will also have to limit what I eat/drink with my boyfriend because it's easy to splurge a little too much when i'm home (local ice cream store, locally made beer, etc) because I can't get the local stuff when i'm at school.
Must have willpower!
Size 10s, here I come!

I'm about the same, weightwise. I've decided to up my eliptical time from 45 minutes to an hour this week.
I've lost enough weight that my size 12 pants don't fit me anymore, but not enough to fit into the size 10s, and unfortunately, Old Navy doesn't make a size 11.
Last week was crazy busy at school so I didn't get as much time at the gym as I would've liked. This week though, is going to be great.
