Weekend was pretty good. Not weighing myself until Thursday. I have to be good and keep that promise to myself. I don't like getting discouraged and weighing myself 3 - 4 times a week. I think when I don't see the number I want on the scale it sabotages my whole week.

I'm up 5 pounds! Which really should not surprise me. I ate terrible and it's my TOM. Back on track as of yesterday, and I'm going to really give it my all. No more bouncing around in the 170's. I got down to 168 in June and I want to get back down to that again. And I will!

I had another bad night. I don't know what has gotten into me. It's like I have no willpower over my cravings again. Since I cheated over the weekend, all my cravings are coming back. I'm giving it a couple more days and if nothing changes I'm going back on Phase 1 for awhile. I'm so mad at myself right now.

Very busy day at work. I didn't get a chance to log in all day or enter any of my meals yet. I'll do it tonight. I haven't eaten much so I won't overlook anything. I did cave and weigh myself today. It was not good news, but it wasn't a surprise. Hopefully by Thursday, my official weigh in day, I can turn it around.

Thank goodness the weekend is over. I was horrible and I'm not even going to weigh myself this morning. I know I'll see a number that I don't want to and I'm afraid it's going to discourage me too much, and that may not help me get back on track (big time emotional eater). I'm not going to beat myself up, I'm only going to admit that I made poor choices and put it behind me. Back to basics, and no more excuses!
