I didn't weigh this morning. My left shoulder is bothering. I was afraid I would be able to do my push ups, but I improvised and did tricep pushups. As long as I kept my arm close to the sides of my body, I was fine. So far I did 50. I'll do 50 tonight...I hope.
I'm still 32 0z short on my water intake. I'm sure I'll get that later.

I didn't work out tonight, but I ate a light dinner. I also decided not to do the rest of my push ups as to give my shoulder a little rest.
Tonight I drank 2 cups of green tea and drank 80oz water.I will weigh tomorrow.

I'm feeling a bit sore from my push ups yesterday and to top it off...i had to teach pilates this morning which made some of the postures difficult.
My sweet craving started up again right after dinner, but I stifled them by drinking my green tea. I'm so relieved. Tomorrow will make 1 week since I started this. I have to admit that my eating plan isn't a diet, but more like modified meals and counting calories. I'm currently reading Superfoods RX and once I'm done, I'll start that plan.
I'm still a bit short on my water. I guess I should start drinking.

Weight today was 153.8
I felt hungry today. At least I got my workout in...approx 500cals burned.
My challenges started today. Let's see how i do.
Water - 96oz
pushups - 100
I've also noticed that my chocolate craving is bad...could it be TOM?? Well, not to worry. I'm here journaling instead of giving-in =)

Okay this is where I and many of my clients falter...the weekends.
Here's my list for today.
1. No wine =(
2. Drink my green tea.
3. Keep my calories in check (no more than 1400 - 1500)
4. Get my water in.
5. Take my measurements for Monday's challenge.
6. 100 pushups (I will spread them out through out the day)

I felt hungry today, but didn't snack on anything bad. I didn't drink any green tea today. I'll try tomorrow.
I'm thinking about incorporating the 100 push ups 2Xs a week. I'm not sure. I'll decide before Monday.
