ohhhmygod!!!
1.3kg lighter than i was yesterday!!! 3.1loss since monday :) amazing!
was feeling really gross thursday and my stomach was looking huge. like i looked pregnant! so i decided yesterday would be a very strict diet day. i just ate supergreens, chia seeds mixed into my waterbottle (to make me feel full- these are amazing!, salad lunch and salad with bit of protein dinner. and im sick atm so only exercise i did was a 30min walk.
definately the boost i needed before my sisters 21st tonight. stoked!!!

I ran 6km today! (equiviland 12 laps of an oval!)
just weeks ago i could only run a few minutes before becoming uber puffed! now i can blast out 6km without really feeling stuffed. I just get on the tredmill, crank my ipod, set it to 'fatburner' (varying speeds) mode and BAM i run for 40 minutes!
Next week Im going to run 8km!
and the week after Im going to run 10km.
I honestly think i can do it, considering today I didnt completely run out of puff. My legs were fairly sore though, i need to remember to stretch properly after gym sessions. yew!

started 5 week diet plan yesterday. im completely heart broken. just found out mitch was cheating and now has a girlfriend. :( some emily chick. she seems pretty and skinny. 4.5 weeks till i have to face him st the footy club. i want to be under 75 by then
