Had a really bad day at work today. All I wanted to do is come home and pull the covers over my head. Sometimes I wonder if people really care. :(
Today is over so I will wake up in the am and try to do better. I need to be positive if I am going to try to change myself. It wouldn't hurt if I had some prayers sent up for me as well. I need all the help I can get.

Woke up at 5am, feeling pretty good about the day to come. Last night I started back with zumba. I could only manage 30 minutes, but I think I did ok. I am done with the negative attitude, I know that I can do this. Send me some prayers and advice. Good luck to everyone and have a blessed day.

Hello everyone!! I have been out of the loop for awhile now. I have not lost any weight and I have given up on trying. As a result I gained back the weight that I did loose and started having back problems again. It seems like as long as I was logging onto fatsecret, recording my food intake, and exercise routine I felt better. So maybe I need to start working on one thing at a time. I do not want to go back to the way I was before I had my back surgery. I hope that you all will pray for me and give me some inspiration.
